Ingestre Hall is a magnificent 17th-century rose-brick Jacobean mansion, surrounded by 27 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens.
Ingestre Hall
Rooms are situated on the mezzanine floor (accessible by lift) and first and second floors (no lift access). Most of the rooms are dormitories, of different sizes, and most have shared bathroom facilities. If you stay in the Hall, you will need to bring your own towels and toiletries, as these are not provided.
You can also camp in the grounds of Ingestre Hall. There will be outdoor toilet and showering facilities nearby, and you can also use the facilities within the Hall.
Day Student
You can attend as a Day Student, making your own arrangements for accommodation. Breakfast is not included in this tariff.

Parking
There is plenty of room for parking at Ingestre Hall, on the grassed areas in front of the building – you can park at the door to load and unload.
The Stable Lodges have room for three cars each.
Stable Lodges
The Lodges are situated a small walk/ drive from Ingestre Hall, each holding two ensuite rooms (one first floor) and two shared-bathroom rooms.
They are holiday lets, and the prices we charge reflect the costs of hiring them in addition to the main venue. As such, they have more amenities such as lounge areas, fully-fitted kitchens and courtyards with outdoor furniture. Towels are provided in the Lodges.
We advise you check online to ensure this is a suitable option for you; the rooms have double beds, as opposed to two singles.

Catering
The Summer School provides breakfast*, lunch and dinner on all the full days. There is also access to free, unlimited tea and coffee, and other snacks and fruit are provided.
We work with the catering staff to ensure your dietary needs are met, so please give as much detail as possible in your booking if this is important to you.
*except for Day Students.
How to choose
On your booking form, you are requested to indicate your first and second preference. We will always try to allocate your preferred accommodation to you, but this may not always be possible. There are a limited number of rooms which are fully accessible, and we have to consider the health and mobility needs of all students.
There are also a limited number of single accommodation options, which are usually allocated on a first come, first served basis, so we recommend you book early.
If you picked a ‘shared’ option, we will attempt to ensure that you are sharing with people who keep similar hours to you, if you haven’t already identified who you will be sharing with.
